MyCadre began with a simple, uncomfortable truth about teams: the people who leave rarely leave loud. They drift, quietly, while everyone is busy chasing the next thing. We built a warm home, branded as yours, so no one has to drift again.

We're a small team that cares a great deal about how it feels to be new, to be growing, and to be part of something. We learned this the hard way: MyCadre grew out of the portal we built for a fast-growing insurance and financial agency that kept losing promising new agents in their first ninety days, not to better offers, but to silence.

That agency is the proof, not the identity. The same pattern, branded onboarding, recognition that lands in real time, a community that runs itself, works for any team that brings new people in: sales and recruiting teams, agencies, community and chapter operators, franchises, and program directors.
