You hand us your logo, palette, and team roster. We stand up your fully branded cadre on your own subdomain, load your onboarding phases, wire your notifications, and switch on the modules your plan includes. Your cadre is live and branded before your team logs in for the first time.

Plans start at $297 per month (Cadre), with Growth at $597 and Scale at $997. Each plan also carries a one-time done-for-you setup: $3,500 for Cadre, $5,000 for Growth, and $7,500 for Scale. The setup fee pays for real, hands-on work, branding your cadre, loading your onboarding phases, wiring your notifications and integrations, and configuring every module your plan includes, so it's ready the day your team logs in.
We charge it up front because the alternative is a thinner product you have to assemble yourself. We'd rather do that work for you, once, and have you start on something that already feels finished. There's also a free tier with just the Cadre Discord bot if you want to begin smaller.

Yes. MyCadre is whitelabel to the core. Your logo, colors, and name appear throughout the portal and admin areas, and your team sees your brand, not ours.
Every cadre ships on its own subdomain (for example, yourteam.mycadre.ai). A fully custom domain (such as team.yourcompany.com) is available as a paid add-on on any plan, and comes included with Scale.
One shared Cadre bot brings your team's wins, milestones, training reminders, and chatter into the Discord and GroupMe channels they already live in. When a member finishes an onboarding phase, lands a deal, or climbs the leaderboard, the moment fires into your channels automatically, so progress is seen the instant it happens rather than waiting for a weekly recap.
It is a single bot across all teams (we resolve your team by your Discord server or GroupMe group), so there's nothing for you to host, no tokens to manage, and nothing to keep updated. The community integration is included starting with the Cadre plan, and the free tier gives you the Cadre Discord bot on its own to try.
The AI Caller is a premium add-on: an AI teammate that calls your leads so your people can spend their time on the conversations worth a human. Point a campaign at a list and it dials, holds a natural conversation around the clock, qualifies, books when appropriate, and logs every outcome to the record. It never calls in sick and never forgets a follow-up.
It attaches to any plan, so you can add it whether you're on Cadre, Growth, or Scale. Think of it as covering the steady, repetitive top of your pipeline for a fraction of a full-time setter, so your team focuses on the people who are ready to talk.
The AI Caller is billed as a flat platform fee plus prepaid credits. Credits are consumed by the conversations you actually run, so you only pay for the calls that happen. When credits run low, you top up, and unused balance stays on your account.

Every team's data is isolated at the database level. Each record is tagged to your team, and Postgres row-level security enforces that one team can never read or write another team's data, even by mistake.
