Plain-language terms for using MyCadre and the Cadre Discord bot. We've kept this readable on purpose.
These terms govern your use of MyCadre, the team-experience platform at mycadre.ai, and the Cadre Discord bot. By creating a workspace, adding the Cadre bot to a Discord server, or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a team or company, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
You are responsible for the activity under your workspace and for keeping your sign-in secure. Each workspace is operated by the team leader who provisions it. Members invited to a workspace may use it according to the access their administrator grants them.
The free Cadre Discord bot can be added to a server you manage. Paid plans unlock the branded web platform (onboarding, the Agent Portal, community, recognition, pipeline, and add-on modules).
Don't use MyCadre to break the law, harass others, send unsolicited bulk messages, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to access another tenant's data. Don't probe, scrape, or disrupt the service. If you connect the AI Caller, you are responsible for using it in line with calling, consent, and do-not-call rules in the places you operate.
Paid plans include a one-time setup fee and a recurring subscription, billed through Stripe. Usage-metered add-ons (such as the AI Caller) are paid with prepaid credits that hard-stop at a zero balance, so usage never exceeds what you prepaid. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are not refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time, and access continues through the end of the paid period.
Your team's data is yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you (to store, process, and display your content within your workspace). We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train models across customers. See the Privacy Policy for details.
We work to keep MyCadre available and reliable, but the service is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update features over time. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
To the extent permitted by law, MyCadre is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
You can stop using MyCadre at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated in a way that risks the service or other customers. On termination we will, on request, export your data and then remove it within a reasonable period.
